Classes and Workshops are provided in person at a beautiful Yoga Studio in Marlton. Online Classes also available!
I facilitate a weekly VBAC Information and Support Group online for those planning or curious about VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean)

My Story
My son was born by cesarean and my daughter was a HBAC (homebirth after cesarean)
I know firsthand what goes into choosing to have a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) and the challenges you face planning a VBAC.
It is common in our culture to experience a lack of support and understanding from family and friends because we live in a culture with so much fear around birth.
Creating a support network with others who have been there before, whether planning a VBAC, considering a VBAC or needing support after an unplanned cesarean is a valuable resource as you navigate your emotions and process your birth experience.
